Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure clarity regarding workshop changes.
1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before the Workshop:
If you cancel your workshop 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund.
A service fee of $1.99 may be deducted from your refund to cover administrative costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Workshop:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop time are not eligible for a refund.
You may still reschedule the workshop for a future date, but no reimbursement will be issued for the original booking.
3. No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend the workshop and did not cancel, no problem! You won’t be eligible for a refund, but the workshop will automatically appear under your Archived Workshops in your calendar. You can review it there for future reference or rescheduling.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule a workshop, simply log into your account, navigate to your upcoming bookings, and select the option to cancel or reschedule.
Rescheduling is free if done before the 24-hour window, but if rescheduled within 24 hours, no refund will be issued for the original booking.
5. Special Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, please reach out to our support team with documentation, and we will review requests for refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
